The Puzzle Creative team's brief was to design and build a platform to help filter and find the very best candidates, reduce wasted time and resource, and increase the number of quality conversations with potential team members.

Assessment

The Corporate Challenge assesses the following key areas:

  • Logical thinking

  • Lateral thinking

  • Numeracy

  • Deductive reasoning

Scoring:

Each candidate has their unique score card. The algorithms provide an overall and per question score. In addition, we calculate the candidate’s total score and the time taken to complete the Corporate Challenge.

We assess five key areas

Logical thinking skills are crucial for every position. We'll test candidates on their natural ability to solve problems. 
Communication is a vital skillset for every team member. We'll assess English lexicon and grammar. 
Candidates should generally have good numeracy skills and be able to work out basic equations. We'll test them on these aspects. 
Do you need someone who will tackle situations in a swift and solutions focused way? Candidates who can understand the real task are better prospects for your team. 
There's often many ways to deal with a situation but are you hiring people who simply take the wrong approach under pressure? We'll assess their ethical principles in line with general expectations.

Shortlisting has been made simple with access to your own tool to help you manage prospective candidates. 

From your dashboard, you can review and amend your lists, and then invite candidates to your next step with a simple click of a button.

Interview Management

Your Interview Management dashboard provides you with a confidential space to record interview notes and evaluations and decide whether to hire a candidate.

 

Add your comments and recommendations, and rate your candidates according to key attributes.

Data at your fingertips!

You will have access to your own management dashboard where you can review all the scores and detailed information for each candidate. From your dashboard, you can export the data and easily manage your shortlist of candidates to invite them to an interview or assessment day. 

If you recruit for different roles and choose one of our multiple-code plans, you can create multiple recruitment codes to assess results according to the position, recruitment cycle, team, and salary range. This incredible feature allows you to get a deep analysis of data across your organisation, and track success post interview, too.

Everything is linked to your unique Recruitment Code. We'll generate your first one for you when you create your account. 

Recruitment Codes open up a world of data management that provides access to reports on key credentials, success rates, and value-added at a granular level.

 

Easily share your code with potential candidates and invite them to complete the Corporate Challenge from your dashboard.

Offers Management

Once you have narrowed your interviewees, create a job offer and send this with just a few clicks. We’ll send an email with the key information and invite the candidate to accept this from their dashboard.

Once they have accepted your offer, you can send them your usual letter of employment along with your terms and conditions.
